Once a ticket is purchased for any match or tournament, it cannot be canceled. Please review your order carefully before proceeding with the payment, as all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds on any ticket purchases. This applies to all cases, including changes in personal plans, duplicate purchases, or any other reasons. Please ensure you can attend before making a purchase.
If an event is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date. In case of a cancellation, the refund process (if applicable) will be determined by the event organizer. Any such updates will be communicated via email or our official website.
If your payment has been deducted but you have not received your ticket, please contact us immediately at support@megahitsports.com with your transaction details. Any chargeback initiated without prior contact may lead to account suspension.
